  • What is Oma?
    OMA is a platform that allows you to view your coach, therapist, or mentor's real-time availability. This includes times that might not be visible on their regular calendar. Whenever they go online, you'll receive a notification on your phone.
  • What is my access code?
    Your coach will share their unique code with you. This will allow you to see their profile on the OMA app.
  • Who can access my conversation?
    At OMA, privacy is our main concern. Only you and your coach/mentor/therapist have access to your past conversations. This information is not shared with anyone else, except as required by law.
  • How will I be notified when they are online and I can chat with them?
    Click on the bell icon on their profile. Whenever they go online, you will get a notification sent to your phone.
  • How do I pay for the session?
    You pay directly via the app. When your chat request is accepted, you will automatically be taken to a payment screen.
  • How long is each session?
    You can choose to speak with them for 15, 30, or 50 minutes. After each session, if they have additional availability, you can extend your session with their approval
  • What happens to the data I provide while creating my account?
    We only collect the data needed to create your account and enable you to speak with your expert. Your data is not shared with third parties, except as required to deliver our service. Learn more about our privacy policy here
