    Oma operates on real time connection, that’s what sets us apart. With Oma, there is no need to schedule a session in advance. Our platform is designed to provide instant access to support whenever you need to speak with someone. Simply log in whenever you feel the need to talk, and rest assured that there will always be a dedicated professional available to have a conversation with you. We understand the importance of timely support and strive to ensure that help is just a few clicks away.
  • What if I want to speak with the same person again?
    That’s absolutely possible. When you log in to Oma, you can check if the mental health practitioner you previously spoke with is available. If they are, you can reconnect with them and continue your conversation. However, if they are not available at that moment, rest assured that there are other qualified professionals ready to provide support and guidance. You can access your past chats anytime for free using the 'See History' option in the app. A therapist can only see the chats you had with them when you decide to book another session together. They can't see the chats you had with other therapists, which keeps your conversations really private.
