I am highly compassionate, empathetic person and therapist who possesses 10+ years of experience counseling young adults and adults as well as children. In so doing, I have had the privilege of guiding and motivating them on the path to becoming their best and most authentic self. I have lived all over the world including Japan, Italy and England and possess a strong sense of cultural humility and a deep understanding of how one’s culture impacts upon their entire make up and sense of who they are. I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and am a deeply curious person and professional whose mission it is to help others realize their best quality of life and also their purpose.
